Bullet Note ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the Bullet Note app.

Notes content: note subject, body text, folders, tags, and created dates.
Purchase status: whether Bullet Note Pro has been unlocked, via Apple in-app purchase APIs.
App settings: preferences such as theme and sync settings.

How Data Is Stored

By default, notes are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your notes are stored in your iCloud account using Apple's iCloud services.
We do not operate our own server for note content in this app experience.

In-App Purchases

Purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details (such as full card numbers).

How We Use Information

Provide core app functionality (create, edit, organize, and sync notes).
Determine access to Pro features after purchase.
Maintain app settings and improve reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by Apple services you use (for example, iCloud and App Store purchase systems).

Data Retention

Data is retained on-device and/or in your iCloud account until you delete it. If you remove notes or disable sync, behavior depends on your local and iCloud settings.

Your Choices

You can delete notes in the app at any time.
You can disable iCloud Sync in app settings.
You can manage iCloud data and subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

Bullet Note is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
